What payment methods do you accept? Are prices in USD?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All prices are in USD. Depending on your location, VAT or other local taxes may apply on top of the listed prices. EU customers will see VAT added at checkout based on their country. Stripe handles all payment security and compliance.

How do add-ons work?

Add-ons are optional features you can add to your DMARCTrust Pro plan. You can add or remove them at any time through your billing dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and costs are prorated for the current billing period. This modular approach means you only pay for what you need.

How secure is my credit card information?

Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your credit card details never touch our servers - they go directly to Stripe's secure infrastructure. We only receive a secure token that allows us to process future payments. Stripe maintains the highest security standards and is regularly audited for compliance.

How secure is my DMARC data?

We take security seriously. All DMARC reports are received through secure channels and stored with our ISO27001 certified hosting partner. Each account has a unique reporting email address with token authentication to prevent unauthorized submissions. We maintain comprehensive audit logs and follow security best practices to protect your email intelligence data.

How long do you keep my DMARC reports?

The DMARCTrust Pro plan includes 30-day report retention by default. You can upgrade to 90-day retention with the Extended Retention add-on for just $29/month. This gives you enough history to identify trends and issues while keeping costs reasonable. Raw report files are archived securely for compliance purposes.

How does the free account work?

Create a free account and add your domains. We'll show you how to configure your DMARC DNS records with our unique reporting address. The free account lets you set up domains but doesn't include monitoring. Upgrade to Pro to activate report collection and processing. This ensures your DNS is properly configured before you start paying.

What happens if I exceed my domain limit?

DMARCTrust Pro includes 5 domains. If you need more, simply add them at $15/month per additional domain. There's no hard limit - you can add as many domains as you need. The charges are automatically added to your monthly subscription and prorated for the current billing period.

What technical knowledge do I need?

You'll need the ability to add DNS records to your domain (usually through your domain registrar or DNS provider). We provide clear, step-by-step instructions and the exact DMARC record you need to add. Once that's done, everything else is automatic - we handle all the complex report parsing and analysis for you.

How does this compare to your previous pricing?

Our new unified pricing is simpler and more flexible. The DMARCTrust Pro plan at $69/month includes 5 domains (previously $49 in our Growth plan), but with more competitive add-on pricing. Most customers will save money with the new structure, especially those needing extra domains or specific features. Existing customers on legacy plans will continue to receive their current pricing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription anytime from your billing dashboard. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation if you decide to reactivate.

Are there any report volume limits?

No. We process all the DMARC reports for all your domains, subject to fair use and non-abuse policies. If you have a known high volume of reports, please contact us and we will review your account limits to ensure a smooth experience.

Do you support both RUA and RUF DMARC reports?

Currently, DMARCTrust processes RUA (aggregate) reports, which represent approximately 99% of all DMARC report traffic. RUA reports provide comprehensive data about email authentication results across sending sources. RUF (forensic) reports, which contain more detailed per-message information, are on our roadmap for future implementation. For most organizations, RUA reports provide all the necessary insights to monitor and improve email authentication.

Do you help with DMARC implementation?

Yes. Our platform guides you through every step: from generating your DMARC record to understanding reports and gradually strengthening your policy. Standard email support is included. For hands-on implementation assistance and priority phone support, add our Premium Support option for $99/month.
