DMARC for MSPs and agencies: multi-client management is coming to DMARCTrust

MSPs, agencies, and IT consultants managing DMARC for multiple clients deserve better tooling. We're building multi-client domain management and opening early access today.

DMARC for MSPs and agencies: multi-client management is coming to DMARCTrust

We keep hearing the same story.

An agency or IT consultancy signs up for DMARCTrust. They add a few client domains. Then a few more. Soon they’re managing 15 domains from one account, juggling DNS providers, building reports manually, and wishing the dashboard understood that these domains belong to different clients.

We hear you. And we’re building for you.

What we’re working on

DMARCTrust already handles the hard parts of DMARC: automated report processing, DNS change monitoring, and source analysis across every domain in your account. Agencies have been using these features from day one, stretching them across client portfolios.

Now we’re making that workflow first-class.

We’re designing multi-client management features for teams that handle DMARC on behalf of others. One dashboard, all your clients.

Why agencies

We wrote a detailed guide on managing DMARC for multiple clients last year. The response told us everything we needed to know. Agencies, MSPs, IT consultancies, and freelance consultants are all solving the same problem: DMARC at scale, across organizations they don’t fully control.

The pain points are consistent:

No unified view. Each client is a separate mental context. You check domain A, then domain B, then forget where you left off with domain C. There’s no bird’s-eye view that says “all 20 clients are healthy” or “client 7 has a problem.”

Reporting is manual. You pull data, format it, write a summary, and email it. Every month. For every client. The work that proves your value is the work that takes the most time.

Pricing penalizes scale. Most DMARC tools charge per domain with volume tiers. At 30 client domains, the math stops working. DMARCTrust already offers straightforward per-domain pricing with no message volume limits, but we want to make the economics even better for agencies.

What early access gets you

We’re opening an early access program for agencies and consultants who want to shape how this works. Here’s what that means:

Direct input on features. We’ll share designs and prototypes before we build. Your workflow should drive the product, not the other way around.

Priority onboarding. When multi-client features ship, early access members get them first. We’ll help you migrate your existing setup.

Pricing that works at scale. We’re designing agency-specific pricing that rewards growth instead of punishing it.

Who this is for

You don’t need to call yourself an MSP. If you manage DMARC for organizations other than your own, this is for you:

  • Marketing agencies handling deliverability for clients
  • IT consultancies managing email infrastructure
  • Freelance email consultants
  • Managed service providers
  • Internal IT teams supporting multiple business units or subsidiaries

If you’ve ever wished DMARCTrust understood that your 15 domains belong to 6 different clients, you’re exactly who we’re building for.

How to join

Fill out the early access form on our agency page. Tell us how many client domains you manage, what your current workflow looks like, and what would make the biggest difference. We read every submission.

We’ll follow up within a few days to learn more about your setup and share what’s coming.

What’s not changing

Everything you already use keeps working. Domain monitoring, DMARC report processing, DNS change alerts, source insights, all of it. We’re adding capabilities, not rebuilding.

If you’re already using DMARCTrust for client domains, you’re ahead of the curve. Early access just means you’ll help decide what comes next.
